A Christian-Muslim debate hosted on Sean Kelly’s “Digital Social Hour Podcast” became heated after Muslim apologist and former musician Jvnior repeatedly interrupted Christian debater GodLogic and eventually called for security to remove him from the room.
GodLogic, whose real name is Avery Austin, appeared alongside Cab Malone and other Christians for a discussion that covered several disputed religious and historical topics, including Muhammad’s marriage to a young bride, the apostleship of Paul, and the preservation of Scripture.
Roughly 30 minutes into the exchange, tensions escalated as GodLogic and Jvnior debated the identity of Jesus.
Jvnior argued that “Jesus is a Muslim,” prompting GodLogic to challenge the claim.
“I think that this claim is one of the silliest claims historically, theologically…” GodLogic began.
Before he could complete his point, Jvnior interrupted and argued that all 2.4 billion Muslims believe Jesus was a Muslim.
GodLogic attempted to continue and explain why he believed the claim lacked historical and theological support, but Jvnior repeatedly interjected before he could finish.
The moderator tried several times to control the exchange and give GodLogic room to make his argument. The interruptions, however, continued as the discussion grew more confrontational.
GodLogic eventually began referring to Allah as “demonic” and Muhammad as a “dog,” language that further inflamed the confrontation.
Jvnior then threatened to have GodLogic removed.
“Bro, do you want me to kick you out?” Jvnior asked.
“Kick me out… Security, come move me out of here,” GodLogic responded mockingly.
As Jvnior looked around for someone to intervene, GodLogic reversed course and made clear he intended to remain at the table.
“We’re staying right here,” he said.
Jvnior again appealed to someone off-camera.
“Get him out of the room, bro,” he said.
GodLogic responded by arguing that Jvnior wanted him removed because he was “humiliating” the Muslim god and prophet.
The confrontation then became personal.
Jvnior brought up GodLogic’s wife, Christina, and referenced her previous work as a model before becoming a Christian. He threatened to pull up photographs of her on his phone, apparently intending to embarrass GodLogic by displaying older modeling images.
GodLogic did not engage with the attack at length. Instead, he laughed and attempted to redirect the discussion back to the religious debate.
The effort did not calm the exchange.
Jvnior again turned toward someone behind the camera and demanded that GodLogic be removed.
“Get him out, bro,” he said. “Bro, are you a security guard or are you just watching the debate?”
Security did not remove GodLogic, and the discussion continued.
The confrontation quickly became a focal point of the debate because of how frequently the participants spoke over one another and because of Jvnior’s repeated calls for security intervention.
GodLogic and his supporters characterized the effort to remove him as evidence that Jvnior did not want to allow his argument to be completed. They also criticized Jvnior for bringing Christina into a dispute that had originally been focused on theology, history, and competing claims about Christianity and Islam.
The exchange reflected the broader difficulty of conducting a substantive religious debate once the conversation shifted from doctrinal arguments to personal attacks and threats of removal.
The participants had begun by debating questions such as whether Jesus can accurately be described as Muslim and how Christianity and Islam interpret biblical and historical figures. By the time security was invoked, the discussion had moved well beyond those questions.
GodLogic’s side argued that the repeated interruptions and demands for removal undermined Jvnior’s attempt to rebut his claims on the merits.
Jvnior, meanwhile, appeared increasingly frustrated with GodLogic’s language about Allah and Muhammad and repeatedly sought intervention from others in the room.
No security officer ultimately stepped in.
The debate therefore continued without the removal Jvnior requested, but the confrontation became one of the defining moments of the discussion, shifting attention away from the original theological disagreements and toward the conduct of the participants themselves.
