The 19-year-old granddaughter of President Donald Trump filmed herself becoming tearful in her car while preparing to say goodbye to family members and friends.

Rather than documenting every goodbye, Kai said she decided to put the camera away so she could spend the time with her loved ones.

“I’m not a very emotional person at all, so this is like really weird for me to cry,” she said. “I’ve only cried a few times.”

“I think knowing that I have to say goodbye to everyone tonight really, really sucks,” Kai added. “I’m struggling right now, just thinking about it.”

The vlog offered viewers a look at a young college student dealing with the familiar emotions that come with leaving home.
