Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Mehmet Oz revealed that more than a million Obamacare enrollees apparently never provided a Social Security number.

According to Kennedy, the fraudsters have a simple method to stay under the radar.

“In May, we acted to shut down this fraudulent behavior on healthcare.gov and the marketplace call center,” he said.
