Stephen Miller, a senior Trump administration official and longtime advisor known for his uncompromising stance on border control, is raising alarms over what he calls an enormous financial scam organized by the Democrat establishment.
Miller claims Democrats have constructed a sprawling system that has shifted hundreds of billions, and possibly trillions, of taxpayer dollars away from hardworking Americans to fund noncitizens living within the United States.
In an interview that has sent ripples across conservative media circles, Miller laid out what he described as a shocking discovery inside the federal bureaucracy.
"What we found since President Trump came into office is that the Democrats have set up a system to funnel hundreds of billions and ultimately trillions of dollars to migrants that are in our country, oftentimes from places like Somalia," said Miller.

The picture Miller paints is disturbing.
He recounted a story of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents conducting a simple survey among detained illegal immigrants, asking if they received Medicaid.
According to Miller, nearly half raised their hands, openly admitting they were enrolled.
"They also asked illegal aliens how they paid their medical bills, and they said that if they don’t have Medicaid, they go to hospitals, they get free care there, and they bill it to the taxpayers," Miller explained.

He added that most of these individuals contribute nothing toward their own healthcare costs.

To the average American taxpayer watching Washington hemorrhage money while families struggle to afford groceries or gas, this revelation feels like a slap in the face.
As Miller noted, the financial consequences of these government programs stretch far beyond emergency care.
The pattern of taxpayer money flowing to noncitizens has expanded into multiple federal and state assistance avenues.
Miller claims this whole operation is not accidental but designed, maintained, and protected by the Democratic Party to secure future political power.
The theory is simple but chilling.
Democrats open America’s borders, distribute benefits to newcomers using money taken from Americans, and then count on those populations to support their policies and politicians for generations.
According to official government guidance, undocumented immigrants are technically excluded from many welfare programs.
They are not supposed to receive federal cash benefits, nonemergency Medicaid, or food assistance.
However, as Miller points out, loopholes abound.

Hospitals receive federal reimbursement for emergency treatment of illegal immigrants.
U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants qualify for full welfare benefits.
Certain humanitarian categories, such as refugees or asylum seekers, can access immediate aid the moment they arrive.
One of the biggest financial pipelines hiding in plain sight, according to critics like Miller, involves healthcare and education.
States with left-leaning leadership often interpret federal laws loosely, creating shadow systems that allow entire households to benefit even if adult family members are not legally eligible.
Schools in sanctuary cities are routinely required to accommodate noncitizen children with full taxpayer-funded resources, including free meals, medical services, and bilingual programs.
Millions of illegal crossings during Joe Biden's presidency have generated record costs for public services.
Some studies now estimate the national expense of illegal immigration exceeds $150 billion annually when the burden on local governments is factored in.
Republicans in Congress are demanding stronger accountability and oversight, but Miller argues it will take executive power to turn things around.
He said that under President Trump’s leadership, alongside JD Vance and FTC head Andrew Ferguson, a massive effort is underway to reclaim this stolen wealth.
Miller described it as the “first ever effort in American history” to recover funds misused or misdirected under illegal immigration programs.
For conservatives, the deeper issue is not only about budget math. It reflects what they view as the moral collapse of the Democratic Party.
Critics point out that the same party that once backed slavery, segregation, and Jim Crow is now engaged in another kind of exploitation, this time of the American taxpayer.
The result is a slow-motion erosion of sovereignty and self-reliance.
The left, meanwhile, dismisses these accusations as political theater.
Liberal policy experts claim eligibility rules for public assistance remain restrictive and that the majority of migrants do not qualify for welfare.
Yet these same experts rarely address the billions that still slip through loopholes each year or the perverse incentives created by sanctuary policies.
While elites in Washington debate statistics, ordinary Americans feel the impact every day.
Skyrocketing rent, grocery bills, healthcare costs, and taxes are squeezing the middle class, while the federal government pours funds into communities of illegal entrants.
Entire neighborhoods in cities like Chicago, New York, and Denver are being transformed into temporary migrant shelters at immense public expense.
For many voters, Miller’s warnings resonate as confirmation of what they’ve long suspected.
The Democratic Party is not serving citizens first.
Instead, it appears they used taxpayer money as a weapon, underwriting its own political future by importing dependent populations.
If that assessment holds true, reclaiming those “trillions stolen from taxpayers,” as Miller puts it, could become one of the defining battles of the administration.
