Dan Bongino issued a stark warning to parents about a dangerous online network tracked by the FBI that he said is actively targeting children through gaming platforms and chat rooms.
Bongino said the group, known within federal law enforcement as the “764 network,” is involved in violent crimes against children and operates by exploiting online spaces where minors are vulnerable.
He described the issue as both a child safety crisis and a civil liberties concern tied to surveillance and law enforcement monitoring.
“I want you to pay very close attention to these three numbers, 764,” Bongino said.

“There is a network of people out there. This, what they call the 764 network inside the FBI and folks, if you haven't heard about them, look them up. It's important because it involves the safety of our kids.”
Bongino said the network’s activities are so disturbing that even seasoned law enforcement officials struggle to process what they see during internal briefings.
“This group is disgusting. It is horrifying,” he said.
“The stuff they do, matter of fact, we would get briefings in FBI headquarters and our VCAT personnel, violence, violent crimes against children.”

He recalled briefings where video evidence of the network’s activities was shown to agents.
“They would come in and they would brief us, and there's a big video screen in the conference room,” Bongino said.
“One of these videos played one time of what the 764 people are sending to your kids and chat rooms and elsewhere, folks, you can't unsee it.”
Bongino said he would not describe the material in detail, warning that it is deeply disturbing and traumatic.

“It is the most freaking horrifying thing,” he said.
“I'm not even gonna like animal torture, I promise. I'm not going to describe it, because you'll throw up.”
He emphasized that the psychological impact of viewing such material is lasting.
“One time, one of these videos played once that that tortures your brain and tattoos in your skull,” Bongino said.
According to Bongino, the network actively seeks out children through online games and chat platforms, manipulating them into dangerous and abusive behavior.
“What this network does is they find and hunt down your kids in these chat rooms for these online games and chat rooms elsewhere,” he said.
He stressed that parents must be vigilant about their children’s online activity, warning that the group is far larger than many realize.
“Folks, you have to monitor this stuff,” Bongino said.

“It is not a small network of people. It is an enormous group of people looking to do horrible things to your kids.”
Bongino said the network pressures children into self-harm and sexual exploitation.
“They get your kids to cut themselves,” he said.
“They get their kids to get involved in sexual abuse, and it's self mutilation.”
He concluded by driving home the severity of the threat.
“Every single demonic thing you can think encompasses this 764 Network,” Bongino said.
