Vice President J.D. Vance praised President Donald Trump’s use of the U.S. military to secure critical national interests without American casualties, saying the operation marked a sharp break from past administrations that sent troops into prolonged conflicts with little benefit to the American people.
Vance, a Marine Corps veteran, said previous presidents from both parties routinely deployed U.S. forces overseas in missions that resulted in heavy losses while delivering no tangible gains for the country.
“As a Marine Corps veteran for my entire lifetime. Presidents, and let's be honest, they were Democrats and Republicans. Would send the American military to far off places. They would get us involved in these endless quagmires,” Vance said.
“They would lose hundreds or 1000's of American lives, and the American people would get nothing out of these misadventures.”

Vance contrasted those deployments with what he described as a decisive and results-driven operation carried out under President Trump’s leadership.
According to Vance, the president empowered the military to disrupt the flow of illegal drugs into the United States while also securing control over a major global energy reserve.
“And now you have an American president who has empowered the American military to stop the flow of drugs into our country and to ensure that we, as opposed to our adversaries, control one of the great energy reserves that exist anywhere in the entire world,” Vance said.
Vance emphasized that the operation achieved those objectives without any loss of American life, calling it a significant departure from prior military engagements.

“And he did it without losing a single American life in the process,” he said.
“It was an amazing operation.”
Vance said the impact of the operation would extend beyond national security, bringing long-term economic and public safety benefits to the country.
He argued that securing energy resources would strengthen the nation’s economy and global position while reducing the deadly effects of drug trafficking.

“It's going to make our country richer, it's going to make our country more powerful. It's going to make our country safer,” Vance said.
“And it's going to lead to the decline, the further decline, of drug overdose deaths in the United States of America.”
Vance said he supports expanding the scope of the operation to maximize its benefits for Americans and indicated that the administration sees it as a model for future national security efforts.
“An amazing thing, and I'm happy to be here to talk about how we can make it an even bigger and better operation for the American people,” he said.
“Thank you, sir.”

MAGA, MAGA, MAGA!
God chose President Trump because He found a man who would do what He wants done.Pray for his safety and discernment and wisdom.
As long as the people of Venezuela ( the average decent people ) get a good share of the profits of this action, it HAS to be a good thing.
But the U.S. was ‘ripped off’ in the past ( we mostly built their oil infrastructure ), much of the money is ours too.
If you disagree with this action to protect American lives and to improve the American economy then why are you still here? Get out now while the door is open. America is for Americans first, everyone else next. If that concept is foreign to you then leave. We are better off without you. Bye!
