Actress Jennie Garth, best known for her role on “Beverly Hills, 90210,” has participated in her first-ever underwear photo shoot at the age of 53, sharing the campaign on Instagram Thursday, as reported by Page Six.
The images, part of a new collaboration with undergarment brand ThirdLove, show Garth modeling several sets of lingerie and casual wear. In the accompanying caption, Garth reflected on the milestone and how it aligns with her personal growth and stage in life.
“I never thought I’d be doing my first underwear shoot at 53… but here we are!” she wrote. “And I’ve never felt more confident, or comfortable in my skin.”

The campaign photos include Garth wearing a pale blue seamless bra and panty set, a black wireless bra, and a beige lingerie ensemble with a blue shirt draped from her shoulders. In another photo, she’s seen pulling on jeans while wearing a yellow button-down shirt and underwear.
“I’m proud to be part of this moment—not just because it’s a first for me, but because it’s with a brand that genuinely supports women through every phase of life, including menopause,” she added.

The photoshoot comes months after Garth publicly discussed the impact of menopause and aging on her health. In an Instagram video posted last August, Garth described her experience with physical discomfort and mental fatigue.

“My travel and work schedule, my body pain, not to mention menopause is a daily minefield, both physically & mentally,” she wrote in the caption of a workout video.
“Here’s the deal… I stay motivated by FORCING myself to workout. I know I’ll always feel better from doing it. But recently it just feels like my body is fighting against me at times.”

She added that the internal changes she’s been facing have required patience and grace. “I have to remind myself to give myself some grace! I’m doing the best I can & that makes me feel a little better,” she said.

In an interview with Today.com the same month, Garth emphasized the importance of strength training for women as they age.
“As we age, we lose bone density, and for me, I want to keep my muscles strong,” she said, explaining that her routine includes full-body workouts, stretching, and weightlifting.

While Garth admitted she “used to hate working out,” she now looks forward to it for the physical and mental benefits. “It does provide me with something that I really do need in my life,” she told the outlet.
