Wheel of Fortune has people talking, most likely kids asking their parents what kinky puzzles mean.
On Thursday night, the Wheel of Fortune game show left viewers silent as yet another not-so-family-friendly puzzle came up. This is the second time in a matter of weeks.
The recent puzzle read: “Brushing up on my Italian sausage”
While Wheel of Fortune‘s last dirty moment came from a contestant who had their head in the gutter, Thursday’s was the show’s fault.
According to Yahoo, early on in the episode, contestant Adam Goodell was tasked with solving a puzzle in the “Before & After” category. With just a few empty spaces left, he correctly guessed the answer, “Brushing up on my Italian sausage.”
“Yeah, that’s it,” replied longtime host Pat Sajak with a chuckle. “Uh…it’s a grilling expression.”
Goodell’s answer ended up winning him $2,450, a sum that pushed him into the bonus round later in the show. Almost immediately, Twitter filled up with messages from fans who had plenty to say about the sausage-themed puzzle.

“‘Brushing up on my Italian sausage’ may be one of the most lurid-sounding Wheel of Fortune puzzles ever,” wrote one viewer. “This is supposed to be a family show!” said another.
