**Data Analyst Releases Additional ‘Democracy Files’ Detailing Alleged Illegitimacy Playbook and Federal Worker Involvement**

Data analyst DataRepublican continued releasing materials in an ongoing series known as “The Democracy Files” and “Illegitimacy Playbook” between October 22 and 25, 2026, presenting recordings and documents that describe planning for scenarios in which the federal government could be declared illegitimate following the midterm elections.

In a post on October 22, DataRepublican stated: “ THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 5: Washington state's Secretary of State weighs in

The below clip shows Danielle Reiff of DRG pitching her vision to an audience including Washington state's Secretary of State, Steve Hobbs.

Gun Laws Have Changed! Protect yourself by knowing where you can and cannot carry your firearm, so you can travel with confidence.

She explains the red-line scenarios and ultimately a vision of creating a ‘cross-partisan’ government in the wake of an illegitimate federal government.

Her three ‘democratic emergency’ scenarios should be familiar by now:

· Election meltdown - which includes a widespread public loss of trust in election results
· Insurrection Act deployed against protesters
· An attempt to delay seating of legitimately elected officials post-election

If the federal government becomes illegitimate in her view because of the above, then she proposes a cross-partisan system of transitional governance. She names a cross-partisan board of governors, as well President Obama and President Bush as potential transitional leaders.

WA SoS Hobbs replies to Reiff that he has had the exact same conversation with German and Japanese officials regarding how to deal with AfD and right-wing nationalist parties. Now, to be fair, he does not want to commit because, in his words, ‘we're winning.’ But he doesn't disagree either.

Note also that here and in other recordings, ‘election meltdown’ does not mean some sort of flashy media crisis. It means, simply, a large segment of the population doesn't believe the election results are legitimate.”

On October 23, DataRepublican posted a compilation focused on the influence of Erica Chenoweth and the 3.5 percent rule: “ THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 6: THE 3.5% RULES RECEIPTS

As requested by @monicaonairtalk - here are the receipts on the influence of Erica Chenoweth and 3.5% rule. 9 minutes of various participants referencing the 3.5% rule.”

Later the same day, DataRepublican released further material identifying a coordinating structure: “ THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 7: THE SECRET MEGA-ALLIANCE WAITING FOR A RED LINE TO BE CROSSED

What do you call a mega-alliance that:

• Covers hundreds, if not thousands, of protest organizations
• Covers all the lawfare-related organizations
• Liasions with governors when a Constitutional crisis is crossed
• Consults federal workers on how to block emergency efforts
• Runs a situation room for the midterms and beyond
• Is credited to regime change expert and professor Erica Chenoweth
• Is operationalized by National Security Leaders for America, an organization of 1,600 retired officers, spies, and diplomats
• ... and determines the ‘red lines’ for mobilization of the above?

Meet the United Democracy Alliance (UDA).

UDA is the secret alliance behind the messaging we saw this week:

• JB Pritzker's warning that states will ‘strongly resist’
• Governor Newsom's office declaring a ‘CODE RED’
• Norm Eisen talking about ‘war rooms’
• Slotkin predicting a ‘national security incident’

You will not find any mentions of the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) on the web. It is a mega-alliance of resistance NGOs ready to deploy on a moment's notice, monitoring every action President Trump takes and monitoring every polling place.

We only can put together the pieces by recordings. Some key quotes:

• ‘if there's a moment where there's a constitutional crisis, like one of the UDA four red lines, if they get crossed… governors then become the kind of lead anchor for political power.’ (Zeitz, Aug 6)
• ‘the big, big, big, big, big tent that's being organized in the blocking community so that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a constitutional crisis, like, everybody's already pre-organized.’ (Reiff, Aug 5)
• ‘We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations’ (Eric Manton, Zoom chat, Aug 6)

According to @JeffClarkUS , the last point above about federal workers conspiring to block emergency responses may violate serious statutes. More on federal workers involvement in Drop 8.

Compilation of recordings below.”

On October 25, DataRepublican addressed the federal worker component: “ THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 8: THE COMPLICIT FEDERAL WORKERS

In Drop 7, we saw Paul Zeitz type during a Zoom call:

‘We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form.’

Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an ‘emergency situation?’

And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution?

Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America.

FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as ‘Federal Workers Against DOGE.’

RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is ‘a national People's Proposal of structural reforms’ - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding.

But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes ‘Constitutional amendments,’ with ‘state ratification strategies.’ Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance.

All the receipts are in this video.

Note: two current federal workers were in the files. As they are not public figures, I withheld these names. I gave them over to contacts in their agencies instead.”

DataRepublican later issued a correction noting that the Zoom chat line about blocking emergency situations was typed by Eric Manton, not Paul Zeitz.

Separately, attorney Marc Elias posted on October 25: “Many of you are asking how you can help me in these final days before the election.

My only ask is this: Spread the word about the threats to democracy and how we can fight back. Tell everyone to subscribe to Democracy Docket and share its content.”

DataRepublican replied: “You sound scared, Marc.”

Commentator Cynical Publius posted on October 24 regarding the broader circulation of the materials: “One of the challenges in discussing the Color Revolution plot that @DataRepublican uncovered in the Democracy Files is getting the story to ‘break contain’ from the X-osphere. We political junkies on X all know about it, but the media, Congress, and the Trump Administration have all generally been curiously quiet on the matter. While we probably all know why the media is silent, the silence of the Trump Administration and the GOP members of Congress is the curiouser and curiouser thing to understand. I’m writing this article to help do just that.
(NOTE: I have zero insider information as to how any elected official intends to respond to this plot; what I am writing now is entirely conjecture on my part.)

The account Politics On summarized the exchange with Elias, noting the reply from DataRepublican and describing the interaction as notable in the final days before the election.

The materials released by DataRepublican reference recordings involving Danielle Reiff, Paul Zeitz, Eric Manton, and others associated with Renew American Democracy and related groups. The United Democracy Alliance is described as coordinating protest organizations, lawfare groups, and contacts with governors and federal workers, with operational support attributed to National Security Leaders for America. Erica Chenoweth is repeatedly cited in connection with the 3.5 percent rule and the conceptual framework for the alliance. Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs appears in one recording discussing scenarios with Reiff.

DataRepublican indicated that names of two current federal workers appearing in the files were withheld from public release and provided instead to contacts within their agencies. Further installments were indicated as forthcoming. As of the October 25 posts, no independent public verification of the full set of recordings and documents had been released. The posts and accompanying videos constitute the primary source material circulating on the claims regarding red-line scenarios, transitional governance proposals, and coordination among the named organizations and individuals.
