Data analyst DataRepublican released additional installments in the ongoing “Democracy Files” and “Illegitimacy Playbook” series between October 26 and 28, 2026, presenting materials on the broader funding and organizational structure behind the networks previously described, the involvement of foreign officials, and connections to independent Senate candidates in Nebraska and South Dakota.

Commentator Cynical Publius posted the same day with a public warning: “ HEADS-UP PATRIOTS

The Democrat/Media Complex is sniffing around the Democracy Files and our exposing of the ongoing Color Revolution. I'm not talking about marginal podcasters--I'm talking about the head of the snake.

They will attempt to do two things:

1. Discredit @DataRepublican, the patriots who have worked with her on this project, and all of us who have supported getting this plot out into the light of day.

2. Claim that the framing of those files as an ongoing Color Revolution is a lie, and in fact the ex-USAID/CIA/State/military people behind this are merely true patriots trying to prevent Trump from overthrowing ‘our democracy.’

Such a story will inevitably include a litany of ‘proof’ that Donald Trump's genuine election integrity efforts are somehow actually a nefarious plot to disenfranchise lawful Democrat voters and steal ‘our democracy.’ The very words you will read and hear will be a part of the framing of Trump's ‘loss of legitimacy’ that is essential to the plot's success.

In other words, these stories that are about to come out from the premier Democrat/Media Complex outlet(s) are actually part of the plot itself, and serve as part of the ‘Narrative’ component of color revolutions that I have written about.

Be on the lookout for these nefarious propaganda pieces in the days ahead. As I have said repeatedly, the best way to counter this false narrative is to get everyone in your circle to listen for 4 minutes and 31 seconds to the very first drop DR put out on October 22. That tape alone starkly reveals the entire plot in the plotters' own words.

How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor?

Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance:

• Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings.
• Media narratives are pre-seeded.
• Foreign officials provide cover.

The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula ‘won’ the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations.

The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that ‘this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it.’

According to the polls, ‘independent’ Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska.
Emerson has South Dakota ‘independent’ Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds.

The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms.

Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan:

‘We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker.’

Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call:

‘We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful.’

In their words, this handful is to do ‘arm-twisting’ to get the structural reforms they want.
