Jaime Pressly was reportedly removed from a California hotel Thursday following complaints about an alleged disturbance.

The report said the actress exhibited erratic behavior, swore, drank alcohol, and put her hands on another guest before ultimately leaving the property, as reported by Page Six.

According to TMZ, the incident unfolded at the Signia by Hilton San Jose days before Pressly was scheduled to appear at “GalaxyCon.”

Hotel guests complained that the “My Name Is Earl” star was speaking loudly on her phone, using profanity and drinking alcohol.

Witnesses claimed Pressly appeared to be under the influence while continuing her phone conversation.

Security guards approached her multiple times, according to the report, but the initial encounters did not immediately end the call or result in her departure.

The outlet reported that Pressly initially ignored two security guards who approached her during the conversation.

She continued the 30-minute call and held up a finger, which witnesses said indicated that she was not yet finished.

Witnesses also reported hearing parts of what Pressly said during that call. At one point, according to their account, she said, “Mommy loves you,” while the conversation continued.

Another remark heard by witnesses concerned a former husband and their children. Pressly reportedly said, “You are the best husband I have ever divorced, and you are good to our kids.”

Pressly was previously married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, with whom she shares twin boys. She also has another son from a previous relationship.

After ending the call, Pressly allegedly approached a woman who was attending a wedding at the hotel.

According to the report, the actress touched the woman’s arm and began complaining about the security guards.

The reported interaction with the wedding guest did not bring the episode to an end.

Pressly reportedly received another phone call after speaking with the woman, as hotel security continued to monitor the situation.

A security guard eventually stepped in and told Pressly, “We’re done.” At that point, the “Not Another Teen Movie” actress left the hotel lobby and went outside.

Pressly remained outside for around ten minutes to smoke, according to the witnesses cited by TMZ. Her departure from the lobby was temporary, however, because she later returned to the hotel.

When Pressly came back inside, witnesses said she was walking hand in hand with a valet employee. The report did not provide any further information about the employee or the interaction between them.

Witnesses then saw Pressly return to the hotel bar for another drink. Security eventually escorted the actress away, bringing the reported disturbance at the Signia by Hilton San Jose to an end.

Despite the repeated involvement of hotel security, police did not respond to the scene. Page Six confirmed with the San Jose Police Department that authorities were not called during the incident.

Pressly ultimately canceled her scheduled GalaxyCon appearance. The cancellation followed the hotel episode, which reportedly occurred only days before she was expected to appear at the event.

A spokesperson for Signia by Hilton San Jose declined to provide details when contacted by Page Six. The spokesperson said, “Given our privacy obligations, we are unable to provide any information.”

Pressly, who launched an OnlyFans earlier this year, had not publicly responded to the report. Page Six contacted her representatives for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
