Heidi Montag turned heads at the Neon Skies Festival in Canada when she stepped onstage in a full pink ensemble inspired by Barbie, as reported by Page Six.
The “Hills” alum performed for an hour in a dazzling latex bodysuit covered in crystals, paired with matching thigh-high boots that shimmered under the lights.
Her look featured a halter neckline with a bold cutout across the chest, completing the all-pink fantasy.
Montag, 39, also wore a coordinating latex skirt that she dramatically tore off mid-performance to reveal the glittering bodysuit beneath.

She made her entrance draped in a sheer, hooded cape with jeweled trims that came off as soon as the show kicked off.
Her long blond hair flew freely as she sang and danced, keeping the crowd captivated throughout the entire set.
The mother of two shared glimpses of the outfit and performance across several Instagram posts, giving fans a closer look at the glam details.

“What an incredible show!” she wrote in one post. “Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed so much love!”
Montag continued, “It was an honor to perform on the same stage as the phenomenal @slayyyter! Thank you @neonskiesfestival! Dreams come true!”

Her setlist included her original singles “I’ll Do It,” “Superficial,” “Body Language,” and “Blackout,” along with newer tracks “Ex Machina,” “Icon,” and “Summer Love” from her third album, “Masterpiece.”
Montag released her debut album “Superficial” in 2010 and returned to music following a major setback when a wildfire destroyed the $2.5 million home she shared with husband Spencer Pratt in Pacific Palisades, California.
She later dropped her second album “Heidiwood” in May 2025, followed by “Masterpiece,” released on June 26.
In an interview with US Weekly, Montag called headlining the Canadian festival “a huge moment in my career.”
She said she had been preparing for months following the call to perform, adding that she had steadily intensified rehearsals in the weeks before the event.
Despite her commitment to the show, Montag said her main priority remained her sons, Gunner, 8, and Ryker, 3.
“My children are my priority, so I wanted to give space for them getting sick or me getting sick or who knows anything happening,” she said.
She was also supporting Pratt, 42, through his campaign for Los Angeles mayor, which ended unsuccessfully.
After the results, Montag posted her pride for her husband on social media, writing:
“I couldn’t love my husband more and be more proud of him. What an inspiration, what a hero.”
Her latest performance marks an ongoing chapter in Montag’s career comeback, blending nostalgia, pop theatrics, and her signature sparkly flair.
