Another organization tied to George Soros has found itself in the middle of a federal fraud investigation, and this time, the feds are not waiting around.

The FBI reportedly executed search warrants on June 11 at the headquarters of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, a Soros-backed nonprofit that works hand in hand with Democrats on voter mobilization efforts in the Buckeye State.

Agents interviewed staff across Ohio, seized electronic devices, and issued subpoenas as part of what sources describe as a broad federal investigation into potential fraud.

The Department of Justice and FBI have been tight-lipped, refusing to discuss case details, but multiple sources confirmed to CBS News that the probe involves allegations of fraud connected to the organization’s operations.

The Ohio Organizing Collaborative, or OOC, has been touted by the left as a grassroots “voting rights” group.

In reality, it operates as an arm of the state’s Democrat machine, focusing its heavy spending on ballot initiatives, voter registration drives, and issue advocacy that overwhelmingly benefits progressive causes.

Federal records show just how much liberal cash flows into this group.

Tax filings reveal that the OOC pulled in more than ten million dollars in revenue during 2024 alone, with major funding from some of the most powerful left-wing organizations in the country.

Following recent reports that Congress is considering a nationwide voter ID requirement for federal elections, do you support requiring voters to show identification before casting a ballot?

The Soros family’s Foundation to Promote Open Society poured nearly two million dollars into the organization between 2019 and 2020, while the Open Society Action Fund added two more million in later years.

Additional funding came from groups such as the New Venture Fund and the Tides Foundation, both central cogs in the Democrat donor network.

Labor giants like the American Federation of Teachers and the Service Employees International Union also sent money their way, apparently forgetting that their members probably joined unions to improve wages, not to bankroll Democrat political machines.

Federal agents’ sudden interest in the group is setting off alarm bells across the left, which is already screaming that the DOJ and FBI are somehow targeting voting rights.

But the government has reminded reporters that all search warrants are signed by a judge and that no one under investigation gets to see the affidavit until after an indictment is issued.

That means whatever evidence exists, it was convincing enough to convince a judge to authorize a sweeping search.

WATCH:

Liberals claim this is a partisan witch hunt. Yet the OOC has faced scrutiny before for questionable voter registration efforts and political activity that may cross the line for tax-exempt nonprofits.

The pattern is familiar: liberal “community organizations” that present themselves as champions of democracy but somehow end up deeply entangled in partisan operations.

The irony, of course, is that the same Democrats who insist elections are perfectly “secure” recoil when investigators start looking into groups suspected of manipulating voter registrations or ballot access.

If the OOC truly did nothing wrong, the investigation will show that.

If not, the American people deserve to know exactly what was happening behind that curtain of “voting rights” slogans.

The presence of Soros funding should surprise no one.

For decades, Soros has used his vast wealth to influence political outcomes through donations to prosecutors, political operations, and organizations that push progressive ideology under the guise of social justice.

His network operates like a shadow infrastructure of the Democratic Party, flooding local and state campaigns with outside money and activism designed to reshape elections and law enforcement policies.

Yet those who raise concerns about this influence are labeled conspiracy theorists by the same media outlets now forced to report that a Soros-backed group has been raided by the FBI.

Funny how that works.

When conservative organizations get a surprise visit from federal agents, the left cheers.

When the shoe is on the other foot, it is suddenly an attack on democracy.

The truth is, Americans have every right to ask hard questions about how voter mobilization nonprofits operate and whether they are adhering to the law.

Investigations like this may finally reveal the deep ties between powerful Democrat donors, organized labor, and so-called nonprofit election machines working to tilt outcomes.

For now, no charges have been announced. But DOJ involvement at this scale suggests serious issues under the surface.

If the allegations prove true, it will confirm what conservatives have long suspected: the left has built a multimillion-dollar shadow system aimed not at protecting the vote, but manipulating it.

Either way, one fact is clear. Something is rotten in Ohio’s “voting rights” industry, and this time, the spotlight is coming from the same FBI that so often seems to look the other way when the left is involved.

Maybe, just maybe, they finally stumbled onto a target too obvious to ignore.
