A Fox News exchange between host Jesse Watters and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt focused on Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, following reports of alleged fraud and Walz’s decision to withdraw from his re-election race.
Watters opened the segment by asking Leavitt directly about the developments surrounding Walz.
“Does it surprise you what's happening with Tim Walz?” Watters asked.
Leavitt said the situation did not come as a surprise, citing what she described as mounting revelations uncovered during the Trump administration.

“Unfortunately, it doesn't. The scale of the fraud that the Trump administration, with the help of great independent journalists like Nick Shirley, is uncovering right now, is surely shocking,” Leavitt said.
She went on to argue that Walz’s political troubles align with long-standing criticisms made by President Donald Trump.
“But President Trump has been calling out Tim Walz for his incompetence and corrupt leadership for a very long time, and Trump was right about everything,” Leavitt said.
“This is another example of that, which is why Governor Walz is dropping out of the race for re election today.”

Leavitt said Walz’s decision reflects a loss of confidence among voters in his home state.
“This is a man who can no longer even win the support of the voters within his home state because his policies have failed them,” she said.
She also criticized the impact of Walz’s leadership on Minnesota, invoking a well-known nickname for the state.
“And now the great people of Minnesota, a state that was once known as the land of 10,000 Lakes, has been turned into the land of 10,000 Somali schemes because of their governor,” Leavitt said.
Leavitt further referenced Walz’s national political role during the 2024 election cycle, noting his position on the Democratic ticket.
“And don't forget, this is a guy who was at the top of the Democrat party's ticket, the number two,” she said.
“He was Kamala Harris' running mate just about a year ago.”
According to Leavitt, the Democratic ticket ultimately faltered in the general election.
“Until President Trump crushed them last November, and it was in large part because the President was calling out this fraud,” she said.

I keep reading that Walz was “unaware”, “The corruption was right under his nose”, “He must have just ignored it…”. BS to all of it. This corrupt moronic imbecile knew everything that was going on. He needed the Somali voters to put him in office both times. Therefore, he knew and was buying their votes by ignoring their crimes. Which makes him an accessory to the crime.
Steve is 100% correct. We knew this guy was really weird putting tampons in male bathrooms. Would love to hear the reasoning for that policy.
WALZing matilda out of the race. Tim self destructed!
