An online commentator known as PatriotDadEV2.0 is drawing renewed attention to allegations that a sophisticated and well-funded network has infiltrated the Minneapolis ICE Watch Signal chat, following disclosures by investigative journalist Cam Higby that are now circulating widely on X.
According to PatriotDadEV2.0, Higby obtained access to internal Signal chat conversations tied to the Minneapolis ICE Watch network and began releasing material publicly earlier this week.
The disclosures, PatriotDadEV2.0 said, include screen recordings showing the group’s member lists, which investigators and independent researchers have since analyzed.
“Yesterday, investigative journalist cam Higby began releasing information obtained after infiltrating the Minneapolis ice Watch Signal chat conversations, and the information that he has found and released to the public is absolutely incredible,” PatriotDadEV2.0 said.

“He began by releasing screen recordings of their members list, and investigators over on X have been taking that list and researching who these people are when they've decided to use their real names.”
PatriotDadEV2.0 claimed that the individuals identified through this process include elected officials, media figures, and people allegedly connected to Minnesota’s highest levels of government.
“We're talking about local politicians. We're talking about national journalists, and yes, even people connected directly to Governor Walz himself,” he said.
Among the names PatriotDadEV2.0 cited were Audrey Chowdhury, a St. Paul City Council member; Brad Tabke, a Minnesota state representative; Sergio Martinez, identified as a national correspondent for NPR; and Hua Jong Kim, another St. Paul councilwoman.

He also alleged that David Snyder, described as a local politician, has been identified as one of the administrators within the Signal group.
Additional figures named by PatriotDadEV2.0 included Minnesota state candidate Anita Smithson, whom he said was identified as a dispatcher, and Amanda Noel Koehler, whom he alleged may be a central figure in the organization.
“It is now believed that this person, Amanda Noel Koehler, may, in fact, be the ringleader of what appears to be a very sophisticated, very well funded organized crime operation,” PatriotDadEV2.0 said.
He further alleged that Koehler had served as a political strategist connected to Governor Walz.

PatriotDadEV2.0 also asserted that the Signal chats included references to individuals who later died while allegedly engaging in what he described as “domestic terror tactics.”
“You know who else is found in these signal chat conversations? Renee good and Alex pretty, two people who have lost their lives when conducting domestic terror tactics under the supervision of this organization,” he said.
Beyond the identities of those allegedly involved, PatriotDadEV2.0 focused on claims that the network possesses access to sensitive law enforcement systems and operational details.
“Well, it appears as though they have direct access to the national license plate identification network, which can only be obtained with cooperation through law enforcement or somebody embedded in law enforcement that has access to that database,” he said.
“They also know the exact timing and movements of law enforcement and shift changes information that can also, again, only be learned when you have people embedded in law enforcement.”
PatriotDadEV2.0 argued that the alleged combination of political figures, media members, and access to law enforcement information points to an operation with deep institutional reach.
“So you've got local politicians, you've got national media, you've got coordination with local law enforcement, and you have a connection directly to the governor's office,” he said.
He further claimed that these revelations help explain reported actions by federal authorities, suggesting the Department of Justice has already taken steps to investigate.
“So now I understand why the Department of Justice has been demanding records through subpoenas to a grand jury of Saint Paul Minneapolis, the governor's office, the Attorney General's office, and the mayors of those two cities and local prosecutors,” PatriotDadEV2.0 said.
He questioned whether federal investigators are already aware of the scope of the alleged operation and whether arrests could follow.
“Does the Department of Justice already know the detailed level of sophistication this organization is operating under, and are they looking for additional information so that they can start making arrests?” he asked.
PatriotDadEV2.0 concluded by linking the alleged network to broader political and financial controversies in Minnesota, suggesting that the activity stemmed from exposure of large-scale fraud.
“And just think about it, all of this organization, all of this money, all of this insurrection, simply because one person walked into a state and found billions of dollars of fraud,” he said.
