President Donald Trump made it abundantly clear he has no interest in wasting his time with The Atlantic, a left-wing magazine notorious for pushing false narratives about him.

In a fiery post, Trump called out the publication and the journalist behind the request, dismissing both with his signature bluntness, as reported by Newmax.

Taking to Truth Social, Trump torched The Atlantic for its well-documented history of fabrications, particularly the widely debunked “suckers and losers” hoax—an outright lie that attempted to smear his relationship with the U.S. military.

“Third Rate Magazine, “The Atlantic,” that made up the “Suckers and Losers” Hoax about me and the Military, and refused to even acknowledge the vast horde of people who emphatically denied this FAKE STORY, has asked me to do an interview.”

Trump wrote, wasting no time in exposing the magazine’s credibility problem.

But Trump wasn’t done. He took direct aim at the so-called journalist attempting to land the interview, The Atlantic’s Ashley Parker.

“Ashley Parker is not capable of doing a fair and unbiased interview. She is a Radical Left Lunatic, and has been as terrible as is possible for as long as I have known her,” he said. Trump also pointed out Parker’s apparent failure to grasp reality, adding, “To this date, she doesn’t even know that I won the Presidency THREE times.”

Despite his harsh words, Trump didn’t shut the door entirely. In a brief moment of consideration, he hinted that an interview could happen—but only under the right circumstances.

Trump also highlighted The Atlantic’s dire financial situation, gleefully predicting its inevitable collapse.

“The Atlantic is doing terribly, losing a fortune, and will hopefully fold up and be gone in the not too distant future. It has absolutely no credibility, and would be far better off, in terms of “journalism,” to cease publication,” he stated, hammering home the reality that the magazine’s influence is waning.

Yet, despite his well-founded disdain for the outlet, Trump left the door slightly ajar, offering a sliver of hope to The Atlantic—if, and only if, they find someone qualified for the job.

“Nevertheless, when you have a writer with intelligence, competence, and fairness, please let me know!” he concluded.

Given the state of today’s media, it’s safe to say Trump won’t be hearing back anytime soon.
