Former acting ICE Director and current border czar Tom Homan suggested that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) could face criminal prosecution for interfering with deportation efforts and aiding illegal immigrants.

Homan made the remarks Thursday in an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham, responding to a recent webinar hosted by Ocasio-Cortez, where she and immigration activists instructed illegal immigrants on how to avoid deportation.
On Tuesday night, Ocasio-Cortez hosted an Instagram live webinar titled “Know Your Rights.”
The nearly hour-long event, conducted in both English and Spanish, featured legal experts from the Immigrant Defense Project and included direct input from the congresswoman’s office.

“ICE raids are political tactics, and they’re often intended to create fear,” said Genia Blaser, a lawyer with the Immigrant Defense Project, during the webinar.
“This is a time where there is a lot of fear. And in fear, it’s really important to have knowledge because knowledge is power.”
Blaser also claimed that ICE agents are “often very aggressive, and the encounters can happen really quickly.”
Beyond the webinar, Ocasio-Cortez’s office is distributing materials that provide guidance on ICE operations and ways illegal immigrants can resist deportation.
The congresswoman is also encouraging those with an open order of removal or concerns about being detained to complete a privacy release form, allowing her office to intervene on their behalf.
One flyer available on Ocasio-Cortez’s website states: “You do not have to open the door” for ICE agents and asserts that agents cannot enter a home without a valid warrant signed by a judge. “You can ask them to slip the warrant under the door,” the flyer advises.
Her office has also coordinated with pro bono immigration lawyers to provide free legal assistance to illegal immigrants facing deportation.
Homan expressed serious concerns about whether Ocasio-Cortez’s actions cross legal lines, stating that he had contacted the Department of Justice to review whether she was impeding law enforcement efforts.

“And I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General. At what level is that impediment? Is that impediment? I’m not an attorney, I’m not a prosecutor. Is that impediment? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts?” Homan said on The Ingraham Angle.
“If so, what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line? So I’m working with the Department of Justice and finding out where is that line that they crossed. So maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now, but I need the AOG to opine on that. Because impediment is impediment in my opinion. I’m not a prosecutor, but we need some further guidance on that.”
Homan also suggested that financial repercussions could follow, indicating that the federal government might consider pulling funds from jurisdictions that obstruct immigration enforcement.
“But again, if we have to take every federal dollar out of the city, we’ll do it,” Homan added.
HOLY SHT!!
Border Czar Tom Homan just said he has referred Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to the DOJ for potential PROSECUTION after she potentially impeded law enforcement from finding illegal aliens.

Ocasio-Cortez has long been an outspoken critic of ICE and federal immigration enforcement, but the latest controversy raises questions about whether her involvement in helping illegal immigrants evade deportation could lead to legal consequences.
Homan’s comments indicate that discussions are underway within the Department of Justice about whether her actions constitute unlawful interference.
While no formal charges have been announced, the situation continues to develop as federal officials assess whether further action is warranted.

That is TREASON: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
We must make an example of these treasonous snakes.
ICE operations for deportations strike “fear” in illegal immigrants? I hope so! Just how many Americans are fearful of all the violent criminals let into this nation? Supporting this massive crime SHOULD get you in legal trouble!

Except for the right to humane treatment they have no rights. They are in this country Illegally compare what this country has don for the illegals in the last 4 years to what eould have been done to any one of us had we entered their country illegally.

Talks cheap, time for action!
The United States is being invaded by foreign criminals with the encouragement and illegal funding of traitors within our own government. Arrest them, convict them, either imprison or execute them.
It’s going to be interesting to see just what happens. Many politicians have helped people enter this country illegally, I want to see something happen to them. Remember NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW yet it seems like democrats are insisting on helping people break our immigration laws because they don’t like them. I don’t get that choice, neither should they.
