A heated argument between a passenger and an airport worker erupted on the jet bridge of a Delta Airlines flight, requiring intervention to prevent the situation from escalating further. The incident occurred after a flight from Albany, New York, landed in Atlanta, Georgia, according to a report by TMZ.
The passenger, who was using crutches and had a cast on his foot, reportedly became agitated over the delayed arrival of a wheelchair. Witnesses indicated that frustration over the delay sparked the confrontation, though the exact details leading to the exchange remain unclear. Video footage captured the male passenger shouting profanities at the female worker from the airport’s wheelchair service.
The man can be heard yelling, “You mad! You’re mad! You bum-ass bitch! You’re f—king mad, bitch!” He continued his tirade, exclaiming, “You got to be here and work, bitch! I paid to be here, bitch! Shut the f—k up, you broke bitch! That’s why you’re broke and miserable, you f—king hoe!”

The female worker responded, yelling back as the two exchanged heated words. Another airport employee intervened, gradually escorting the worker away from the passenger to diffuse the situation. Despite this, the man continued to berate her as she was led down the jet bridge.
The passenger directed his frustration toward other airport staff nearby, claiming that the worker had been unprofessional. “The same way I was talking to y’all, I’m talking to her. She just can’t f—king take it,” he said. “She wanna’ keep f—king saying s—t, telling me what the rules and regulations are — shut the f—k up!”
The man vowed to file a formal complaint, criticizing the airline’s service. “It’s a f—king joke! Paying all this f—king money to fly, and y’all can’t even do y’all jobs properly,” he added. “And I gotta’ deal with bum-ass employees that run their f—king mouth and don’t know how to be professional.”
Law enforcement officers spoke with the passenger after he exited the jet bridge and entered the concourse. However, no arrests were made, TMZ reported.
A Delta Airlines spokesperson issued a statement addressing the incident, emphasizing the company’s stance against unruly behavior. “At minimum, Delta has no tolerance for unruly behavior,” the statement read.
The incident is under review, and it remains unclear if further action will be taken by the airline or law enforcement.
