During her show, Kelly addressed Biden’s interactions with the children, noting that while the babies were “adorable,” there’s an unspoken boundary when it comes to others’ children.
“We got to talk about Biden and the babies. It’s very weird,” Kelly said. “I know it’s Halloween, and I know they’re babies, and they’re adorable. We all feel that way, but when it’s somebody else’s baby, you shouldn’t put your mouth on it. It’s kind of a rule.”
Kelly then shared clips from the Halloween event, one showing Biden nibbling the leg of a baby dressed as a chicken, followed by another video where Biden gently bites a baby’s foot.
The videos triggered a lively discussion among Kelly and her podcast team as she described how such actions are typically uncommon, especially from public figures.
“I’m sorry, but it is a rule, Stephen, you don’t, you don’t put other people’s babies in your mouth,” Kelly remarked, referencing her co-host.
Continuing to comment on Biden’s behavior, Kelly noted that while people often dote on babies, it’s rare for anyone, particularly men, to engage with infants in this way.
“Especially when they’ve got a onesie on, and they’ve got their adorable thighs, everybody wants to squeeze a baby’s thighs,” Kelly added. “But normally, no man would ever do such a thing.”
The president’s Halloween antics come shortly after he sparked additional headlines with his recent comments during an event with Voto Latino.
Biden referred to supporters of former President Donald Trump as “garbage,” a remark that drew a direct response from Trump.
Obama called us clingers.
Hillary called us deplorables.
Kamala calls us fascists.
And Biden just called us garbage. They don’t respect us & don’t want unity.
But we do.
We want to Make America Great Again.
