Researchers have not been able to figure out why the bodies of mothers with Rh-Negative blood perceive a fetus as a foreign body, so this has been added to the many mysteries of this blood group.

My parents, one was RH positive and the other was RH negative, there were 9 children 3 were what they called blue babies and they had to have blood transfusions immediately after birth. Just wanted to put this out there.
If both parents have Rh-negative blood there is no need for an intervention.
I’m rh negative. I was a what they called a blue baby when born, had to have a lot of blood transfusions (16) till I was 9 years old and had to have the shot after my daughter was born. they had blood drives for me.
