Ruger KP90, “Desperado.” Like a glock, but better looking, the Ruger KP90 was the preferred pistol of Antonio Banderas’ unnamed hero in the ’90s classic “Desperado.” Few movies had as much gunplay as Robert Rodriguez’ film and even fewer could make shootouts look so much like a mesmerizing dance routine.

Along with Tarantino and a select few others, Rodriguez rewrote the rules on movie violence and the way it was shot. The Rugers are synonymous with Banderas’ character and were popularized thanks to a handful of brilliantly filmed, over-the-top shootout scenes.
