Hillary Clinton, “Broad City” (2016). No politician in recent history has had greater ties to Hollywood than Hillary Clinton. She arguably put former President Obama and her own husband to shame by almost completely relying on actors, singers, athletes and other people in the spotlight to deliver her messages.

On her Twitter account, she spent time praising last year’s “Ghostbusters” — and she was endorsed by everyone from Katy Perry to LeBron James. It was an odd strategy that made her appear disconnected to the American public.

She appeared briefly on Comedy Central’s “Broad City” and it was even more awkward than Biden’s time in front of cameras. It seems plain inorganic to any story whatsoever; Clinton looked more out of place than ever.
