California Appoints Illegal to Statewide Post

This week, California’s Senate Rules Committee appointed Lizbeth Mateo to serve on the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee. Mateo claims she's fighting for undocumented students who are underrepresented.
