Russia Accuses U.S. of ‘Trade War’

Moscow is upset over the recent passage by Congress of a sanctions bill that will punish Russia for its meddling in America’s elections. President Donald Trump signed the bill into law, but did so with reservations: Among other things, it limits his ability to negotiate trade deals. Trump said he signed it for “the sake of national unity.”
