Vocal anti-Trump Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) took the opportunity once again to blast President Donald Trump and his “America first” agenda by accusing the president of having no “principles and beliefs” whatsoever.

McCain, the GOP’s 2008 presidential nominee, found himself heralded as a hero among Democrats when he cast the deciding vote that killed the GOP’s September attempt at repealing and replacing Obamacare. He also earned praise from liberals and NeverTrump Republicans alike for frequently criticizing the president, rejecting Trump’s “half-baked, spurious nationalism” and bemoaning the president’s effect on the Party.

The Arizona senator took another swipe at Trump during an interview with Esquire published Sunday.
