The Jupiter, Florida police department has released the dashcam footage of fallen golf star Tiger Woods’ DUI arrest.
In the video, viewers can tell Woods is visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, although the golfer insists he had not been drinking that day. One can also hear Woods say he does not know where he is going.
