During the “Reality Check” segment on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson played a clip of Bill Clinton from 1995 that many Americans will find shocking.
The video shows the then-president addressing illegal immigration during one of his State of the Union addresses: “Our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more by hiring a record number of new border guards, by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring, by barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens. The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants.”
The clip continues — and gets even more shocking.
“Does Hillary know about this?” inquires Tucker. “The Bill Clinton of 1995 told the truth about immigration plainly and without apology.”
