Watchers of yesterday’s British election caught an awkward moment between Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn and his colleague Shadow Defense Secretary Emily Thornberry.
The two were celebrating news that the Labour Party would retake several Parliament seats from the Conservative Party as a result of the election, when Corby mistakenly tapped Thornberry’s chest as he went in for a high five.
The Shadow Defense Secretary handled it well, and the two laughed it off — but many viewers were left reeling from the awkwardness. Watch above.
