Tucker Battles with WHCA President: Dinner ‘Was Basically an Extended Middle Finger to the President’

Tucker Carlson opened his show Monday night by having Jeff Mason, president of the White House Correspondents Association, as his guest.

Carlson said that he feels the White House Corespondents’ Dinner “was basically an extended middle finger to the President, an expression of dislike for the President.” He continued, “The press shouldn’t like or dislike politicians either, should it?”

That question clearly upset Mason, who retorted back “I totally disagree with you.”

Watch the clip above to see why Mason was upset with Carlson — especially because he didn’t play one certain clip from that night.
