Conservative commentator Jeffrey Lord battled with political analyst David Gregory on CNN Tuesday night over the big news of the day — whether President Donald Trump was right to fire former FBI Director James Comey.
Lord pointed out the hypocrisies of upset Democrats who called for Comey’s resignation multiple times over the last year, and Gregory weakly defended it saying “you can actually hold two opposing thoughts in your head at the same time.”
When Gregory mentioned that the investigation on whether Russia meddled in the U.S. election may be the reason Trump fired Comey, Lord shot back “this is not the Kremlin!”
