In an effort to try to demonstrate to the American public that she is healthy, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton today released what she says is her health history.

Many remain deeply skeptical, however.

Clinton’s physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack, stated in her assessment that Clinton is ‘‘healthy and fit to serve as president of the United States.’’ She said the candidate, who was just diagnosed with pneumonia, is recovering well with antibiotics and rest after her collapse on Sunday at a 9/11 memorial ceremony.

She also stated that “the remainder of her complete physical exam was normal and she is in excellent mental condition.”

However, Clinton has been resting at home in Chappaqua, New York, ever since she abruptly left a Sept. 11 memorial ceremony on Sunday in New York City, collapsed, and was practically hoisted into a van by her aides. On Friday, before that incident, Clinton was diagnosed with a small right middle-lobe pneumonia, according to a letter released by her campaign from her physician. Clinton is being treated with the antibiotic Levaquin for 10 days.

The report details the other medications Clinton is taking, including Coumadi, a blood thinner, and Claritin.

As the public learns more of the details outlined in the report — they may want to share them with her husband, the former president.

Bill Clinton, speaking at a campaign event for his wife on Wednesday in Las Vegas, said Hillary has “the flu.” His spokesman corrected his statement via social media even before the former president was finished speaking.
