Liberals stars are learning a lesson: Attack Trump and you risk losing a chunk of your audience.

Some 200 people walked out of Amy Schumer’s comedy show at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida (which seats 10,000), on Sunday after she mocked Donald Trump, calling him an “orange, sexual-assaulting, fake-college-starting monster.”

“We’re in Florida. You’re going to boo.”

There was loud booing from a small but vocal part of the crowd, according to the Tampa Bay Times, whose reviewer Jay Cridlin noted the trouble for the Hillary-supporting Schumer began about halfway through her raunchy show — when she went from sex jokes to tackling gun control and the presidential election.

Schumer made it clear she doesn’t understand how people can support the Republican nominee. At one point, she invited a Trump supporter, “Dave,” up on stage to talk.

An attorney who hadn’t voted for a GOP candidate since Ronald Reagan, “Dave” said he felt safer with Trump steering the country.

When some audience members booed, the actor/comedian invited them to leave and also asked security to remove anyone who was booing, reported Cridlin.

“Of course, we’re in Florida, you’re going to boo,” said Schumer. “I know you’re here to laugh, but you choose how you’re going to live your life, and it’s just too important.” She added that anyone who continued to yell would get “thrown out.”

“I don’t want to hear that,” Bryon Nfinger told the Tampa Bay Times. “We wanted to have a good night without distractions with the politics.”

“It’s a bit much,” added his wife, Chrissy Nfinger. They both said Schumer went on too long.

After the event, Schumer told Vanity Fair, “I loved the crowd and my show in Tampa last night! I want to thank the 8,400 people who stayed. We had a great time! We have always depended on comedians to make us laugh and tell the truth. I am proud to continue that tradition.”

Schumer also appears in a new video targeting Trump’s Access Hollywood “locker room” remarks.

Schumer wasn’t the only one making low digs over the weekend at Trump. Did you see Nicki Minaj’s crass remarks about the presidential candidate’s wife, Melania Trump?

At Saturday night’s Tidal X 1015 concert in Brooklyn, New York, Minaj teased male audience members about being “intimidated” by a “queen.” She went on to give an obscenity-laden rant about strong male leaders having strong women by their sides.

“Barack needed a Michelle, b****,” she said, “and Bill needed a motherf***ing Hillary.” But “you better pray to God you don’t get stuck with a motherf***ing Melania. You n****s want brainless b*****s?”

After getting backlash for those comments, Minaj later clarified on Twitter that she didn’t have anything against Melania, who “seems nice,” said the pop/rap star. “But a smart man knows he needs a certain ‘kind’ of woman when running for president/attempting greatness.”
