Michael Moore has been one of the president’s sharpest critics when it comes to alleged Russian collusion in the 2016 presidential election.

“It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what was going on: TRUMP COLLUDING WITH THE RUSSIANS TO THROW THE ELECTION TO HIM,” Moore wrote on Facebook last year (and yes he used all caps just like that, in case anyone missed his message).

It was announced by prosecutors on Friday that the Russians indicted for trying to influence the presidential election were also behind anti-Trump rallies that followed the November election results.

An indictment signed by special counsel Robert Mueller alleges the defendants were behind a November 12 New York anti-Trump rally called “Trump Is NOT My President.”

Michael Moore attended that rally.

Some 25,000 people reportedly showed up at the rally and marched from Union Square to Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in midtown Manhattan.

According to the indictment, the “strategic goal” of the people who allegedly organized the rally was to “sow discord in the U.S. political system.”

It goes without saying at this point that Moore is a hypocrite, but what this new information shows is the truly divisive nature of the filmmaker. His only intention since Trump’s election was to revive his career by pushing discord as often and as loudly as he could.

Seems he and these Russians had partly the same goals.
