Another viewer call-in was quickly cut off on C-SPAN’s ‘Washington Journal’ program Thursday, this time during a discussion on a year-end spending bill with Rep. Dave Brat, R-Va, who famously defeated former Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor in a 2014 primary contest.
A Democratic viewer from Utah asked Brat if he could “s— in his mouth“ before being abruptly cut off by C-SPAN Host John McArdle, who apologized to Brat. “We don’t take that kind of language here on ‘The Washington Journal.’ We’ll move on.”
