When David Ignatius, author and associate editor of the Washington Post, began talking about Russia’s alleged hacking into the U.S. presidential election on MSNBC, the network experienced a bizarre technical meltdown.
While the glitch was more-than-likely a coincidence, the clip has raised the eyebrows of some conspiracy theorists who claim Russia was interfering with the broadcast.
