Last week, as Ukraine was still battling an invasion from Russia, President Joe Biden spoke at the Democratic National Committee winter meeting about the importance of unity moving forward. But the unity that Biden was speaking about had nothing to do with standing alongside Ukraine but the upcoming 2022 midterm elections.
At the event, President Biden expressed concern moving closer to the midterm elections as he called for the Democrats to rally behind his message of building a better America. On top of that, the President predicted a “sad, sad two years” if the Republicans were able to gain control of D.C. this November. “If we don’t do that, don’t do that, it’s going to be a sad, sad two years. Think about Republicans if they controlled the Congress these last two years. I believe we have a record to be incredibly proud of … a message that resonates: Build a better America. Now we have to do the work. Now what we have to do is we have to sell it with confidence, clarity, conviction and repetition.”
Knowing that Americans are currently struggling and that does not help the Democrats ahead of the elections, Biden sought yet again to place the blame of surging gas prices on Vladimir Putin. Biden was so adamant, he repeating the phrase “Putin’s price hike” several time during his speech. It should be noted that prices had been steadily climbing since Biden took office over a year ago.
Not being able to ask Biden questions, Fox News’ Peter Doocy grilled Press Secretary Jen Psaki on the matter. “And so to that point, inflation goes up today. The President’s statement blames the ‘Putin Price Hike.’ Are you guys just going to start blaming Putin for everything until the midterms?”
Psaki only answered, “Well, we’ve seen the price of gas go up at least $.75 since President Putin lined up troops on the border of Ukraine”.

SAD! IF – We are already SAD, SAD, SAD at the idiocy of Joe Biden and his minions in power now. They have failed on every turn and tell us we will be SAD if the GOP takes over. It is true Conservatives have more back stabbing, traitorous, rhino, lying , cheating, wimpy, idiots in their rolls that the Demon-i-ca-rats do but that is only because they are MOB rule and fools with tunnel vision to the radical country destroying despots they are. But anything is better than what is happening now. Everything Biden and his one time opponents (Now in positions of power) [that should tell you something sinister] touch turns to dung and is killing us. SAD I am sad they were allowed to cheat to win. I am sad they achieved a Military Coup and I am sad they are turning America into a Social Dictatorship to mimic their masters in China and Russia.
This jerk has been wrong about everything else and he’s wrong about this too– they’ll be great
We got some miserable 4 years because Biden was elected.
