No one on the January 6th committee or the media wants to talk about the murder of Ashli Babbitt on January 6th. They are gonna leave that out. A cold-blooded killing, but no mention. This should be a crime.

Fox: “Following the January 6 Committee’s first primetime hearing, Ashli Babbitt’s widower spoke out to Fox News about members of the panel and criticized the Capitol police officer who shot and killed her.
Babbitt, a veteran and unarmed Trump supporter, was fatally shot in the neck by Lt. Michael Byrd on the day of the riot as protesters amassed on the other side of a door from the officer.”
Babbitt’s husband has been hit hard. “I had no intentions of watching [the hearing] in the first place,” Aaron Babbitt said, criticizing a statement by Rep. Adam Kinzinger supporting Byrd.
“And, we can go back to last week when I was listening to Mayor Giuliani’s radio show. And when he was getting questioned by them, he straight up asked them, ‘Are you going to talk about Ashli Babbitt?’ — And he said, everybody just blankly stared at him, looked down and looked like they were following a fly around the room.”
“I truly believe in my heart that they know it’s t it’s murder, so they can’t admit to it. And so they have to just bypass it and blow by it and just act like it never happened,” said Aaron Babbitt.
Official records prove out Babbitt’s views. “These previously secret records show there was no good reason to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt,” stated Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, which obtained the documents through a May 2021 FOIA lawsuit. “The Biden-Garland Justice Department and the Pelosi Congress have much to answer for the over the mishandling and cover-up of this scandalous killing of an American citizen by the U.S. Capitol Police.”
From the official report: “Sergeant [redacted] observed a white, female protester was climbing through an opened area where the glass pane had been knocked out. He heard a gunshot and this female fell backwards through the opening. The crowd on the other side of the barricaded east doors, began to step back and some put their hands in the air. Sergeant [redacted] observed Lieutenant Byrd step back just after hearing the gunshot. He did not see anything in the female protester’s hands prior to the gunshot.”
The Internal Affairs Division report stated. “Byrd did not see Ms. McEntee [Babbitt] in possession of any potential weapons,” the summary report states. “He reiterated that he did not observe that she was armed.”
“Lieutenant Byrd was shaking, he did not say anything…. Byrd was nervous, teary-eyed, and appeared very upset. His voice [was] also shaky when he called for medical assistance over the radio. Lieutenant Byrd was still very upset,” the report continued. Sure he was. He just killed an innocent woman.
“The crowd on the outside of the previously barricaded east doors began to step back, and some raised their hands in the air. Sergeant [redacted] did not see anything in Ms. Babbitt’s hands prior to hearing the gunshot.” She was unarmed. That’s murder.

Of course they won’t speak about AB’s death because it obligates them to deal with the truth. Fkn murderers and cowards. With video footage, it is obvious that she was killed without no reason! There was no threat at the time she was killed!

As a veteran and a patriot I too feel the loss of a truly patriotic woman. And I know her husband still grieves over her loss.
The fact that the media refuses to bring her murder up is very revealing and I truly hope someone on the defense will make it a major issue; the American public deserves to know the truth and the facts that absolutely no one has faced any kind of investigation or prosecution for it, and prime time TV is just the vehicle for doing that.

The first one had been up for 20 days as of yesterday, last time I looked. It appeared in “comment” to an article on Whoopi Goldberg’s defense of Biden.
Lt. Michael Byrd desperately needs the resolution of a full court hearing where HE is the person charged before it with MURDER, nothing less !

We don’t have but a few strong people in Washington that will speak truth. We had every right to protest a corrupt elections it was not Trump who caused 1/6/2021 it was every politicians that ignored the American citizens screams of election fraud, and being dismissed as if our eye witness accounts of the fraud were of no importance because the people doing the fraud had control over our government and the propaganda media. Would this officers have shot this woman if her skin was a darker shade? Or if she was wearing a blm mask? This is the state of our country right now there will never be trust in our State and Federal governments that ignored our screams for full audit’s being done before installing a man that was not elected to be there. Her survivors should sue, sue, sue, and sue some more. File a claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Do WHATEVER IS NECESSARY to gain Justice for Ms. Babbitt. While they are at it they may want to demand a new investigation into Lt. Byrds incompetence and malfeasance, not to mention failing to follow protocols and murder of an unarmed Veteran.
