While the conflict continues in Ukraine, Thursday night, the Senate finally approved a spending package that included $1.5 trillion just to keep the government open, and another $13.6 billion for Ukraine. As Russia continues their invasion of the country, in America, the Biden administration has been adamant about supporting Ukraine and blaming Vladimir Putin for the rise of gas. At the same time, Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Europe to speak on the growing conflict. And appearing to take lessons from Joe Biden, Harris seemed out of sorts and completely overwhelmed by the entire ordeal.

In the video, which is featured below, Harris was giving a press conference with Polish President Andrezej Duda when a reporter decided to ask them both a question. Knowing that could be a little confusing, the reporter made sure to word the question in a way that President Duda knew he was the “follow-up.” While most in the room understood this, Harris obviously did not and reverted back to her usual notion of laughing hysterically until someone, in this case – President Duda, came to her aid.

Take a look.

Not all that shocked by the display, comments online ranged from, “She looked at him like daddy, I need help,'” all the way to, “It’s not even funny anymore, this is an on-going national embarrassment on a world scale.”

One user noted, “If she is POTUS some day, her nervous hyena laugh will be the most audible thing coming out of her mouth. She’ll never make it in a public or pressured arena.”
