In 2016 the Obama administration and the Clinton campaign united in an effort to use American intelligence agencies to infiltrate and spy on an opposing presidential candidate. The CIA was one of those agencies. This is perhaps the biggest scandal in American history. Trump was right on this from the beginning.

FNC: “A spokesperson for the individual labeled as ‘Tech Executive-1’ in Special Counsel John Durham’s latest filing has seemingly identified the Central Intelligence Agency as the ‘second’ federal government agency to which Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann provided an ‘updated set of allegations’ to ‘establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying Donald Trump to Russia.

Durham filed a motion on Feb. 11, which Fox News first reported on, focused on potential conflicts of interest related to the representation of Sussmann, who has been charged with making a false statement to a federal agent. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty. The indictment against Sussmann, says he told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016, less than two months before the 2016 presidential election, that he was not doing work ‘for any client’ when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented ‘purported data and ‘white papers’ that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel’ between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin.

In Durham’s Feb. 11 filing, in a section titled ‘Factual Background,’ the special counsel alleges that Sussmann ‘had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company 1) and the Clinton campaign.’  Rodney Joffe has been identified as ‘Tech Executive-1.’ Joffe has not been charged with any crime.”

“Contrary to the allegations in this recent filing, Mr. Joffe is an apolitical internet security expert with decades of service to the U.S. Government who has never worked for a political party, and who legally provided access to DNS data obtained from a private client that separately was providing DNS services to the Executive Office of the President (EOP),” Joffe’s spokesperson said Tuesday. The canary is singing.

“Under the terms of the contract, the data could be accessed to identify and analyze any security breaches or threats,” Joffe’s spokesperson continued. “As a result of the hacks of EOP and DNC servers in 2015 and 2016, respectively, there were serious and legitimate national security concerns about Russian attempts to infiltrate the 2016 election.” Joffe’s spokesperson confirmed that the second federal government agency was “the CIA.” Bingo.

“Upon identifying DNS queries from Russian-made Yota phones in proximity to the Trump campaign and the EOP, respected cyber-security researchers were deeply concerned about the anomalies they found in the data and prepared a report of their findings, which was subsequently shared with the CIA,” he said. Langley knew and did nothing, a complete dereliction of duty.

In Sussmann’s meeting with CIA, Durham says he “provided data which he claimed reflected purportedly suspicious DNS lookups by these entities of internet protocol (IP) addresses affiliated with a Russian mobile phone provider,” and claimed that the lookups “demonstrated Trump and/or his associates were using supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones in the vicinity of the White House and other locations.” But Durham knew that was horse manure.

“The Special Counsel’s Office has identified no support for these allegations,” Durham wrote. The Special Counsel said that the “lookups were far from rare in the United States.” What a dumb plan. And now it’s all coming undone.
