While the Biden administration continues to turn away from the Southern border, they have switched the narrative from weak leadership to border patrol “whipping” migrants. Knowing the majority of Americans are paying close attention to the situation in Texas, the Democrats used one image, which we will explain in a minute, and were able to craft a story so elaborate that President Biden himself banned horses being used at the border.

Not to mention the border agents who are now under investigation. But although Biden might want to blame the border patrol agents, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has a different idea in mind.

Speaking to host Chris Wallace of Fox News Sunday, Governor Abbott was not only angered by the unnecessary investigation into the border agents, but he also offered any agent fired by the Biden administration a job. 

Before he got into the details of job offers, Abbott first laid the blame of the border on President Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas, “Secretary Mayorkas and, if I can be candid, even President Biden, they are in dereliction of duty.

The Biden administration has abandoned any pretense of securing the sovereignty of either Texas or the United States by having these open border policies,” the Governor added. “The people in south Texas, they are angry about the Biden administration for ignoring, for abandoning them. The Biden administration cares far more for the people who are not in this country than he does for the people, American citizens who live in this country.”

Abbott was sure to also focus on the hard work the border patrol agents have been doing. “What the president said going after the border patrol who were risking their lives, working so hard to try to secure the border. If he takes any action against them whatsoever — I have worked side by side with those border patrol agents — I want them to know something.

If they are at risk of losing their job at a president who is abandoning his duty to secure the border, you have a job in the state of Texas.” That’s when the Governor said, “I will hire you to help Texas secure the border.”

As for the picture in question that appeared to show an agent whipping a migrant trying to cross the border, the photographer behind the photo even admitted he never witnessed any agent whipping another person. Still, the Biden administration continues to push the narrative.
