Donald Trump took the stage at a rally in Sarasota, Florida yesterday called out Democrats for suggesting that Republicans were behind defunding the police.
President Donald Trump:
“And so now they are being killed by the defund the police, which they are doing by the way, but they are getting absolutely killed so all of a sudden they said the other day, and I heard there’s a word, disinformation, its called disinformation, if you say it enough and keep saying it, just keep saying it, they will start to believe you, we cant let that happen, because now they are saying the republicans wanted to defund the police.”
“I said, ya know I heard it for the first time, I said ya know, did I hear that wrong? Please play that over again…”
“It was the republicans fault. It is such a disaster what these people do. It’s disinformation. They say it again and again and again, and after months and months of hearing it, and we have no free press anymore, the free press is truly gone other than a few sources, its gone so they get away with this stuff, we cannot let it happen. We have to be much tougher, stronger.”
