Mike Lindell, MyPillow CEO, is suing Dominion Voting Systems claiming the company has engaged in cancel culture and interfered with his First Amendment rights.
“MyPillow just sued Dominion for $1.6 billion. This is all about the First Amendment rights to free speech, what they have done to our country. This isn’t about the money. This is about our First Amendment,” – Mike Lindell
During the Livestream Broadcast, Lindell was joined by attorney Alan Dershowitz who claimed that due to the power that was granted to Dominion by the feds they acted as the government.
“We don’t suppress. We don’t censor, but that is what Dominion is trying to do on behalf of the government. We are going to be demanding access to their machines, to their codes.” – Alan Dershowitz
Attorney Stephen Shackelford, who is part of Dominion’s legal team, claims that the lawsuit has no merit.
“This is a meritless retaliatory lawsuit, filed by MyPillow to try to distract from the harm it caused to Dominion,” – Stephen Shackelford

Earlier this year Dominion had filed a lawsuit against Lindell for $1.3 billion, claiming he had defamed the company by alleging that Dominion had rigged the election to ensure that Biden would win the presidency. Lindell has filed a motion to have the lawsuit against him dismissed.
The MyPillow lawsuit was filed in federal court in Minnesota and claims that Dominion has engaged in “lawfare” by suing critics who question they validity of their voting machines.
“Dominion’s purpose is to silence debate; to eliminate any challenge to the 2020 presidential election; and to cancel and destroy anyone who speaks out against Dominion’s work on behalf of the government in administering the election. Dominion is using the legal process as a weapon to suppress free speech.” – Excerpt from lawsuit
Lindell has chosen to file the suit after facing multiple losses as a result of Dominion targeting his business and his employees.
Dominion will probably pay Mike Lindell a single dollar bill scanned 1.6 billion times en their election cheating machines.
