Joe Biden spoke in Georgia on Monday to support Democrat Senate candidates Warnock and Ossoff, to slam Trump on vaccine rollout, and to apparently successfully attempt to bribe the voters of Georgia into voting for Democrats. The first was expected, the second was factually incorrect by his own previous words, and the third pathetic and unethical. Welcome to the trailer for the Biden administration show.

The seeming, at very early Wednesday morning press time, Republican loss of both Senate seats in Georgia will only make the show that much more insufferable.

FNC: “President-elect Joe Biden blasted President Trump on Monday for what he described as a painfully slow administration rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine. Biden spoke in Atlanta as he campaigned with the two Democratic challengers on the eve of Georgia’s twin Senate runoff elections, which will decide whether Republicans keep their Senate majority. The former vice president said ‘it’s a shame what’s happening now’ with the vaccine, charging that ‘this administration’s gotten off to a God-awful start.’ ” But less than two weeks ago Biden complimented the Trump administration on their success with Operation Warp Speed.

Trump blamed governors for the slow rollout, “The Federal Government has distributed the vaccines to the states. Now it is up to the states to administer. Get moving!”

In Georgia Biden hit Trump for “whining and complaining” as opposed to acting as president. “I don’t know why he still wants the job,” Biden said of Trump. “He doesn’t want to do the work.”

“Georgia, the whole nation is looking to you to lead us forward,” Biden bellowed. “The power is literally in your hands. Unlike any time in my career, one state, one state can chart the course not just for the next four years but for the next generation. By electing Jon and the Reverend, you’ll be voting to get the states the resources they need to get the vaccines distributed.”

And he continued: “If you send Jon and the Reverend to Washington, those $2000 checks will go out the door, restoring hope and decency and honor to so many people who are struggling right now. And if you send Senators Perdue and Loeffler back to Washington, those checks will never get there. It’s just that simple.” Annnnd, there it is. A bribe pure and simple. Elect Democrats and we’ll give you an extra $1400, no questions asked. In a proper republic that line would end the career of a politician. It looks like it worked in Georgia.

Biden concluded with saying, “by electing Jon and the Reverend, you can break the gridlock that has gripped Washington and the nation…You have two senators now who think they don’t work for you, they work for Trump. You have two senators who think their loyalty to Trump, not to Georgia.” Gridlock, eh? I guess the Bolsheviks “broke the gridlock” in Russia in 1917, eh Joe?
