It should come as no surprise to anyone, but the Democrats have used the Coronavirus to exploit the American people. Through lockdowns and outrageous mandates, the Democrats have extended their reach of power that has crippled the economy and destroyed the middle class. Now, former presidential candidate and Democrat Andrew Yang is pushing the party’s agenda even further when he suggested a “bar code system” to help keep track of people who have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
Yang first made waves in the political realm when he tried to introduce a universal basic income. The idea was far too progressive for the party, even though many Americans backed the idea. Yang would ultimately lose to candidates like Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, and somehow – Sleepy Joe Biden.
As for his new system of keeping tabs on people who have gotten the COVID-19 vaccine, Yang tweeted, “Is there a way for someone to easily show that they have been vaccinated – like a bar code they can download to their phone? There ought to be.”

Yang didn’t stop there as he eventually doubled-down on his comments, arguing – “Tough to have mass gatherings like concerts or ballgames without either mass adoption of the vaccine or a means of signaling. I’ve been tested at a photoshoot or interview and gotten a bracelet showing I was negative. Then we could interact more freely.”
Before you jump on Twitter to give Yang a history lesson, many users pounced on the candidate who is contemplating running for New York mayor, suggesting that his comments referred to the branding the Nazis did on the Jewish people. Conservative Personality Stephen Miller replied to the candidate saying, “Might want to rethink this one before running for mayor of the city with the largest concentration of Jewish population in the country.”
On top of his lack of knowledge, other commenters on Twitter took a religious approach and called Yang’s comments a signal for the end times. Either way, Yang’s proposal didn’t go over well with the American people, who are already doubting not just the government but the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine.
