The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Thursday that mail-in ballots can be counted up to three days after the election, even if they lack a legible postmark.

The Democrat party had requested an extension to the state’s Election Day deadline and the court – with a 5-2 Democratic majority – was willing to oblige.

“Democrats and their allies cited the prospect of postal service delays in invalidating huge numbers of ballots,” the Associated Press reported.

In other partisan moves, the court ruled that the use of satellite election offices and drop boxes by counties would be allowed.

The PA Supreme Court also removed the Green Party presidential candidate from the ballot.

Each move is a decidedly obvious victory for Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden.

 

No Postmark on the Mail-In Ballots?

The court stated that ballots counted during the extension period must be postmarked by the close of polls on Election Day.

The AP, however, notes that “ballots can be counted if they lack a postmark, a legible postmark or some proof of mailing.”

They add that the only disqualifying feature would be if a “preponderance of the evidence” shows it was mailed after Election Day.

Biden and President Trump have both been competing for votes in Pennsylvania, a crucial state if the Democrat candidate hopes to unseat the incumbent.

No Democrat has won the presidency without winning Pennsylvania since Harry Truman in 1948.

Trump captured Pennsylvania over Hillary Clinton in 2016 by just over 40,000 votes.

Three Days After Makes Election Day Irrelevant

Democrats are doing everything in their power to make Election Day – the actual day – irrelevant.

They’ve even tried preparing the country for the possibility that the President could seemingly be the victor on November 3rd – only to have it reversed days or weeks later by mail-in ballots.

A Democratic data and analytics firm has been claiming that Trump could appear to win, but would “ultimately lose when all the votes are counted.”

Clinton, who has experience dragging out Election Day results, has warned Biden not to concede the race “under any circumstances.”

They know the mail-in ballots will overwhelmingly skew toward Biden.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said the decision by the PA Supreme Court to allow mail-in ballots three days after the election is proof that the left is trying to “blow up the elections.”

Polls show Biden with a current lead of fewer than five points over Trump in Pennsylvania.
