On Saturday in Vancouver, Washington, a memorial was held for Aaron “Jay” Danielson, the police supporter and Patriot Prayer member who was fatally shot by an Antifa terrorist during a rally for President Donald Trump. While the memorial itself appears to have gone off without a hitch, things quickly went downhill afterward resulting in a terrifying outcome.

After the memorial, a man allegedly followed the attendees as they made their way to Charlie’s Bar & Grill, according to The Columbian. Police said that the man proceeded to follow them inside the bar, where he began recording them on his phone.

Rex Fergus, one of the mourners who was at the bar, told KPTV-TV that the man quickly began to harass them in the bar.

“He came into the bar and immediately was aggressive with everyone that was in the bar,” Fergus recalled. “He was aggressive with the bouncer, he was aggressive with everyone that he came into contact with. He came into the bar, immediately pulled his phone out, and started coming over to our tables and putting his phone in our faces.”

Security soon got involved and made the man leave the bar; the mourners shortly thereafter. Once they got outside, the man who had been harassing them got into his truck and drove toward the group, hitting one of them with his vehicle.

Police said that Charles R. Holliday-Smith, 30, turned himself in on Monday night, and that he now faces charges that include assault in the first degree and felony hit-and-run. Officers added that an investigation is still pending as to whether Holliday-Smith has ties to any activist groups himself.

A GoFundMe page has identified the victim who was hit by the truck as Shane Moon. The page, which has already raised over $13,000, has the following description:

“Shane was hit by a truck in the parking lot of a bar in Vancouver after leaving a celebration of life of a friend. The truck then fled the scene leaving Shane unconscious and bleeding from his ears on the ground. He has bleeding on his brain from the left temporal lobe, and will be out of work for his recovery. Our close friend Robert is helping us by handling this campaign and the news media while I spend time with Shane in the hospital. Thank you so much for all of your support.”

The media loves to portray Trump supporters as the violent and deranged ones, but this just goes to show that they are oftentimes far more peaceful than their liberal counterparts.
