Ever look at Steny Hoyer, the House Majority Leader and Pelosi’s number two? I mean really look at the poor devil. He has that beaten down look reminiscent of a whipped dog. Chuck Schumer? Slightly better. But he is also on a very tight leash. And the latest convert to the left, Harry of Wales? This one is so sad, as his PC harpy wife seems to store her husband’s reproductive organs in her purse.

These are men, the first two in thrall to Nancy Pelosi, who have lost essential factors in their masculinity and by doing so have helped to drag American political culture into a hysterical bedlam of emotion over fact, fantasy over logic, adult sensibilities replaced by toxic femininity.

Oh, I’m just an old school conservative male sexist with no ability to get past my anachronistic attitudes? Well, she isn’t.

By she I mean a woman I have the greatest respect for. This woman, who for professional reasons prefers anonymity for now, has had slots at the high rungs of lobbying, political consulting, and communications for decades. These are her words.

“So pervasive is this behavior (toxic femininity) that it feels like we’re living in an age of hysterical females during the Salem witch hunts. It’s an all-out mass crusade against anyone who dares disagree with you. On social media it’s a wild dog pack of leftist females hunting for a reason to attack anyone.

“Their cattiness and overly emotional reactions to most aspects of political communication say to men over and over that many women aren’t capable of seeing facts and making decisions void of emotion. At its core, toxic femininity supports the notion that emotionally charged decision-making is always appropriate. It rejects the gray area which weighs options and selects the one that makes the most sense. Toxic femininity views the traits that define masculinity, such as those which lack emotion and are driven by success and the need to conquer, as inherently evil or wrong. You see it everywhere. Mothers refusing to let their boys play sports because they feel the game is ‘violent’ or their sons might ‘get hurt.’ Television shows where the moms strike fear into the kids and husbands simply by her walking into the room. Romcoms where women withhold or use sex to control their romantic partners. By these actions women are making it impossible for men to be men because feminine emotions are getting the better of us. After generations of this behavior, is it any wonder many women are thought of by men as crazed Norma Desmond characters, creepily descending the stairs waiting for a narcissistic close up not warranted by merit? Because these kinds of women can’t compete in a male arena, toxic femininity punishes those women who can. Strength is rejected over emotion. Toxic feminists have come to view the natural law and order of gender as imbalanced instead of created for the very purpose of allowing women to do the very things for which we were built. Unfortunately, men have become casualties, political and otherwise, in this war because the toxic feminist devalues those characteristics and behaviors that drive male success-hard work and acumen.”

Toxic femininity is a cultural and now political blight that is evidenced in the shrill barking of nonsense and overwrought platitudes, at the expense of reality and fact, by women like Nancy Pelosi, AOC, Elizabeth Warren, and Hillary Clinton. By their hysteria they do all women a disservice. Worse, they do all of America a disservice as well.
