Actress and singer-turned-radical leftwing activist Bette Midler had yet another meltdown against President Donald Trump, this time claiming that he is “mentally ill” for calling out the officials in Barack Obama’s administration who participated in the “unmasking” of his former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

Midler nonsensically made some kind of correlation between “Obamagate” and the deadly coronavirus pandemic, seemingly suggesting that Trump should not be commenting on anything else amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

“80,000 people are DEAD. 36 MILLION out of work. Did you ever imagine in your wildest dreams that it could come to this? & what does this awful man do as our leader?” Midler tweeted on Thursday night. “He goes after his predecessor? Threatens to jail his opponent? America, face it! He’s mentally ill. He is unfit.”

This vile outburst came one day after Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell sent a declassified list of Obama officials who had requested names to be “unmasked” between November 8, 2016, and Jan. 31, 2017 to Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA). Most notably, the list included then-Vice President Joe Biden, as well as CIA Director John Brennan, then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, then-U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Samantha Power, and then-White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough.

Trump called out the former president early Thursday morning, saying that Flynn’s unmasking was “all” Obama and Biden, according to Breitbart News.

“They weren’t after General Flynn — they wanted him to lie about me, make up a story,” he said. “And with few exceptions, nobody did that. There were many people, I watched K.T. McFarland the other day, I watched where she was, ‘knock-knock FBI,’ you know, the FBI, this was all Obama, this was all Biden,” Trump said. “These people were corrupt, the whole thing was corrupt, and we caught them, we caught them. And what you saw just now, I watched Biden yesterday he could barely speak. He was on ‘Good Morning America’ right? He said he didn’t know anything about it, and now it just gets released right after he said that. It gets released that he was one of the unmaskers.”

Midler attacks Trump or his supporters on what seems like a daily basis, often blaming them for coronavirus deaths despite the fact that the virus originated in China and has affected countries all over the world. In the end, she is just another ignorant Hollywood liberal who will do and say anything to bring down President Trump.
