On Thursday, President Trump said that Joe Biden needs to respond to the allegations of sexual assault made against him by Tara Reade, but also said he might have been falsely accused.
“I don’t know anything about it. I think he should respond,” Trump told reporters when asked about the accusations at the White House.

“It could be false accusations. I know all about false accusations,” the President added. “I’ve been falsely charged numerous times, and there is such a thing.”
Biden will reportedly address the charges that he assaulted Reade in 1993 while he was a U.S. senator and she was a staff member, on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Friday morning.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee has faced increasing pressure to respond to new evidence about these claims that came to light this month, including a 1993 Larry King segment on CNN, in which Reade claims it is her mother calling in to discuss the abuse of her daughter by a high ranking Washington official she would not reveal.

After addressing Biden’s situation, Trump spoke at length about the 2018 sexual assault allegations made against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Trump Says Biden Should Respond
“There’s an outstanding man. He was falsely charged. What happened with him was an absolute disgrace to our country,” Trump said.
“I can’t speak for Biden. I can only say I think he should respond,” the President finished.
