Hollywood actress Barbra Streisand is better known for her obsessive hatred of Donald Trump these days than she is for anything she has done in the entertainment industry.

In a new op-ed, Streisand doubled down on her disdain for the president by saying that she is in full panic mode constantly over the thought that he could win again in November.

“Every morning I wake up, holding my breath while I turn on my phone to see the latest news. I think to myself, ‘It can’t be worse than yesterday.’ But when the news loads, I think, ‘Ohhhhh, yes, it is worse,” Streisand wrote in her op-ed, which was published by Variety this morning.

Throughout her op-ed, Streisand claims that Barack Obama should be credited for the booming economy, and she slams Trump for the way he has responded to the coronavirus outbreak. This is in stark contrast to what expert Dr. Marc Siegel, professor of medicine at New York University, recently said of the Trump administration’s handling of this health crisis.

“I’ve been handling these emerging contagions for about 20 years now, and I have to tell you, I’ve never seen one handled better,” said Dr. Siegel said, according to Breitbart News.

Undeterred by facts and logic, Streisand keeps the attacks on Trump coming in her piece, blasting the president for withdrawing the U.S. from the 2016 Paris climate change accord.

“We can’t go on like this… It’s too dangerous,” she wrote.

“Since 2016, we’ve been dragged down into the mud of Trump’s swamp,” Streisand added. “Every day, he takes another swipe at the pillars of our democracy, but we cannot allow him to irrevocably change this country. The ‘beacon of hope’ that is America could be extinguished if he’s given another four years.”

Streisand ended her op-ed by begging voters to “bring back dignity and grace” by voting out President Trump.

“We need a new America, without pollution, without obscenities, without insults, without revenge. We need to restore the nobility of truth … and only then will America be great again,” she concluded.

Do Hollywood actors think too much of themselves?

Americans everywhere are used to this kind of manic fear-mongering when it comes to Trump from Streisand and her fellow liberal elites. Nobody with half a brain is going to listen to anything Streisand says about politics, as it’s hopelessly obvious that she has let Trump Derangement Syndrome consume her to a disturbing degree.

Streisand is so self-involved that she can’t stand the fact that Trump doesn’t care at all about impressing the liberal elites of Hollywood. Instead, he cares about helping working class Americans: that’s exactly what he’s done since taking office, and that’s exactly why we need four more years of Trump in the White House.
